Access:
Our surgery is fully accessible through the main door, and we have a wheelchair available for use on-site. There is also plenty of on-site disabled parking and toilet facilties.
Hearing Difficulties:
If you are experiencing hearing difficulties when being called in to see the doctor or nurse, please inform us. We can set up an alert in your medical records to ensure our staff personally collects you from the waiting room. Additionally, we have a portable induction loop available for your convenience—just ask at reception for assistance.
British Sign Language (BSL) Interpretation:
If you require communication support, we can arrange for a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter to assist you during your visit. Please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Learning Disabilities:
We understand that patients with learning disabilities may have unique needs during their visits. To support you, our practice has easy-read materials available, designed to be clear and accessible.
